This Cancellation and Refund Policy defines the terms governing OxynEMR, CoynLedger, Streetil, Coyn, and Payirvy commercial licenses and subscriptions.

1. 30-Day Full Evaluation / Free Forever Tiers

Unrestricted Free Trial: OxynEMR and CoynLedger provide an unrestricted 30-day Free Trial with complete access to all Enterprise features (predictive AI analytics, multi-counter sync, batch inventory). Coyn, Streetil, and Payirvy offer permanent Free Editions (₹0) on the Google Play Store.

No Automatic Invoicing: We do NOT require a credit card upfront to initiate your trial. You will never be billed automatically when your 30-day evaluation ends unless you explicitly choose to purchase a commercial license.

Zero Data Hostage Guarantee: If you choose not to subscribe after your trial, your local database records remain 100% accessible on your workstation/device in read-only mode for lifelong historical audit compliance, with complete PDF, Excel, and CSV export capabilities.

3. Subscription Cancellation & Billing Intervals

Self-Serve Cancellation: You may cancel recurring Monthly or Annual subscriptions at any time without penalties by visiting Settings > Licensing > Manage Billing within the desktop or web application, or by emailing [email protected].

Active Access Through Prepaid Term: When cancelled, your multi-device sync and cloud backup services remain fully operational until the conclusion of your current prepaid billing period. No further renewals will be invoiced.

4. Streetil Consumer Order Cancellations

For purchases made on the Streetil consumer app from neighborhood merchants, consumers may cancel an order before the merchant marks it as "Dispatched" for an immediate full refund directly through UPI. Once out for delivery, cancellations are subject to individual merchant return policies.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment instrument (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days. A formal GST credit note is issued to support statutory B2B accounting reconciliation.
